Goal Architecture: turn wishes into real plans
Emotional Fluency: name it, manage it, read the room
Proof Over Doubt: build confidence from real evidence
Reset & Rise: come back to center when life knocks you down
Inner Coach: swap your inner critic for a coach
Own Your Time: spend your energy on what matters
Build Your Squad: create real support and accountability
Victory Lap: notice and celebrate your growth
